Healthcare Solutions is an Auckland-based company founded in 2024 by Giovanni,
a former physiotherapist and practice owner.
Giovanni recognised the need for a more integrated approach to administrative management in small allied health clinics, such as those run by physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and podiatrists. Small or solo clinics often find themselves overwhelmed with administrative and accountancy tasks like billings, ledger keeping, client communication, payments, and quality control—just to name a few.
Healthcare Solutions was created to solve these administrative and accountancy challenges by offering tailored administrative and accountancy services designed to meet the unique needs of your practice.

I began my physiotherapy career in 2010, furthering my education with a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
In 2017, I took the leap and opened my first practice, which grew steadily into a multi-clinic business before selling it in 2024.
During the early days of business ownership, I faced the challenges of being overwhelmed with paperwork and administrative duties while not having the resources to hire administrative staff.
This experience led me to develop a business model that offers small health care business owners the support they need, allowing them to focus on their professional expertise while keeping overheads low and avoiding the need for additional employees.

My varied work background, across a number of industries, has allowed me to broaden my overall financial experience and commercial knowledge.
I’ve worked in accounting firms, IT services organisations, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers. All of my experiences have allowed me to better understand the needs of the different stakeholders’ businesses have to deal with on a day-to-day basis.
I have worked alongside CEOs/MDs/GMs/board/owners throughout my career.
My strengths lie in my hands-on experience, my attention to detail and partnering with senior management.
